A2: In the letter - & in your meeting - be grateful for the opportunities you had. Thank them for teaching you what you've learned.#u30pro
A2: Go into the meeting with your boss thinking of it as a discussion, like @DavidSpinks said. Be open-minded.#u30pro

A2: Definitely give 2 weeks notice -- at the minimum. It's easy to burn bridges when leaving an org. Be careful!#u30pro
